Abdillahi Mutwafy, is the Founder and Managing Consultant at Human Capital Solutions Services (HCSS). He has had experience of about 30 years in HR line management in different organizations in the banking, consultancy, state corporation and retail & distribution sectors.

Abdillahi has over the years mastered the following skills as a human resource professional/specialist; headhunting, executive recruitment, organisation design, performance management, review and implementation of HR policies and procedures, training & advising management on all human capital related matters and has recently graduated from CDI Africa as a certified coach. He is also a full Member of the Institute of Human Resources Management (IHRM)
